Saef Islam is a strategic architect of business systems and international trade networks.
Over the past 20+ years, he has led procurement reforms, optimized supply chain infrastructures, and built cross-border partnerships in manufacturing and pharmaceuticals. Known for his direct leadership style and operational discipline, Saef specializes in transforming fragmented operations into structured, high-performance systems.
With deep experience in Bangladesh’s industrial landscape and global exposure across North America and the UAE, he understands how to align cost efficiency with international quality standards.
Zairan International reflects his commitment to building a sourcing model that prioritizes sustainability, accountability, and long-term partnership over short-term gain.
He operates with a simple principle: build it properly, or don’t build it at all.
Our President
AMER KHAN
Zairan was founded in 2022 in Dubai- after being part of several successful ventures in the contemporary apparel market and developing a taste for sourcing and manufacturing outside of the industry’s conventional ways. He has been active in all of Europe, Asia and around the entire world, which he sees as one global country.
Amer was born in Bangladesh, son of a freedom fighter who played a crucial role in the independence and building of the country. His adventures start from young age where he has been trading garments to Europe for more than 2 decades now and being self-educated, led him to become a pure autodidact.
Amer continues the revolution in his own progressive way. Sustainable production is a means to bring people together. Connecting, protecting brands, and supporting artisans, as well as established factories from different parts of Bangladesh whilst building bridges between cultures in Asia, Africa, South America and Europe. Our core goal is to connect communities, workshops and industrial factories in challenging locations to global fashion & lifestyle brands in the international market.
Today, after almost twenty years, Zairan continues to act as a bridge and bodyguard for brands globally, with networks and techniques that are always original, unexpected, eclectic, rebellious, sophisticated and efficient. Zairan balances perfectly between the edge of commercial reality, security and contemporary culture. Linking brands to our international network of professional makers, suppliers, and or creatives in remote locations, giving access to the international marketplace more than ever before. These opened routes to the market creates employment and an opportunity to improve their livelihood and craftsmanship by supporting the brands’ vision to reach their goals.
